Hudson, NY — The Hudson Literacy Fund (HLF) has expanded its successful partnership with Columbia Memorial Health’s Hudson Pediatrics, delivering an additional round of chapter books for young patients and families across the City of Hudson.
The first donation in August was met with enthusiasm, as children eagerly took books home to continue reading. With this positive response, HLF is proud to provide even more titles, ensuring that local kids have access to engaging stories that foster a lifelong love of reading.
“Our collaboration with Hudson Pediatrics shows just how meaningful it is for children to receive a book of their own,” said William Blowers, Treasurer of the Hudson Literacy Fund. “We are thrilled to continue building on this success and supporting literacy throughout our community.”
The Hudson Literacy Fund is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving literacy outcomes by placing high-quality books directly into the hands of children across the City of Hudson. To learn more or contribute, visit https://thehudsonliteracyfund.com.
“Providing books in our pediatric office has been a wonderful way to encourage healthy growth and development through reading,” said Dr. Nelson, Pediatrician at Columbia Memorial Health. “We’re grateful for the Hudson Literacy Fund’s generosity and commitment to our young patients.”
