The Hudson City School District put forward Christine Jones to the Capital Area School Development Association (CASDA) in consideration for one of their 2022 Friends of Education Awards. On April 13, 2022, Principal Mark Brenneman, Superintendent for Innovation April Prestipino, and Jennifer Clark, along with The Hudson Literacy Fund board members Lisa Dolan, Matt Parker, and Meredith Zapp, joined others to see Christine receive the award.
